I noticed this when standing on my front porch. It seemed to be quite far away but was still brighter that every star - you can't see many stars while in the city so thats what caught my attention. The first clip is from a camera sitting still, the object was moving slowly. The second clip is from another camera that could zoom in more - you can see all the flashing colors.
