UFO over Brisbane in Australia 30-04-07

This UFO I can not classify as real FIS (Foreign Intelligence Spaceship) but as probably Man made object. As I observed, it was slow moving, had the same light intensity, didn't perform any spectacular magic, only nice color. May I be wrong?
